Joseph A. Morabito, SCRP
President & CEO

Joseph MorabitoJoseph Morabito is President and Chief Executive Officer of Paragon Global Resources, the parent company to Paragon Relocation. Mr. Morabito has more than 35 years of relocation industry experience. As a pioneer and innovator in the field, Mr. Morabito has worked with clients throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, touching virtually every industry with the delivery of management consulting services.

Prior to founding Paragon, Mr. Morabito held positions in senior management at Premier Relocation Services (a Weyerhaeuser company) and Merrill Lynch Relocation Management. Mr. Morabito has been published in HR industry publications including Human Resource Executive and Mobility. He has been featured as a speaker at a variety of conferences and was written about in The Wall Street Journal. Mr. Morabito was named 2012 International Relocation Personality of the Year by Re:locate magazine. Most recently, he was named a 2015 HR Superstar in the Relocation Providers category by HRO Today, a leading HR publication.

Mr. Morabito earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both history and political science with a minor in foreign languages; a Master of Arts degree in education, with emphasis in personnel administration; and teaching and education administration credentials, all from California State University. In addition, Mr. Morabito completed all coursework for the real estate broker exam in California. He holds the Worldwide ERC® Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) designation and is a Worldwide ERC® Distinguished Service award winner. He has served on Worldwide ERC®'s Public Policy Committee, which assesses and deals with business risk and opportunities arising from legislative, regulatory and judicial actions that impact relocation. Mary Legate, CRP, GMS
Senior Vice President

Mary LegateMary Legate is Senior Vice President of Paragon Relocation and President of GenEquity Mortgage, another Paragon Global Resources subsidiary. Ms. Legate has more than 35 years of relocation industry experience. She is also responsible for the firm's Human Resources and Learning Resources groups. Ms. Legate is a licensed loan originator (NMLS# 7113).

Serving in the relocation industry for more than 30 years, Ms. Legate has managed all aspects of client relations and operations, starting as a consultant and working through everything from on-site relocation centers to group moves to managing branch operations. Ms. Legate graduated with a BBA from Stephen F. Austin University in Texas, is a Worldwide ERC& Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and holds the Worldwide ERCĀ® Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation. E-mail Ms. Legate

Scott McCain, CRP, GMS
Senior Vice President, Global Growth & Consulting

Scott McCainScott McCain is the Senior Vice President of Global Growth & Consulting for Paragon Global Resources, responsible for global sales leadership, developing new client partnerships, strategic planning and consulting.

Prior to joining Paragon, Mr. McCain worked for Bank of America as Vice President, Regional Sales Manager. He has also held positions at Cendant Mobility (now Cartus) and GMAC Global relocation Services (now Brookfield).

Mr. McCain holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Vermont along with a certificate in finance from Fairfield University. He has served as President of the New England Relocation Association and was a past steering committee member for the NYC Organization of Relocation Professionals, New Jersey Relocation Council, and the Metro Northeast Relocation Summit. Debbie Beech
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Debbie BeechDebbie Beech is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Paragon Global Resources, Inc. Her responsibilities include overseeing the financial and administrative support services for Paragon and its subsidiaries.

Before joining Paragon, Ms. Beech served as the Controller of First Team Real Estate and affiliates, a real estate, mortgage, title and escrow company. Prior to this, Ms. Beech served as the Controller of American Sterling Bank, a mortgage banker. She has also held senior financial positions at Prudential Financial and United HealthCare Corporation. Ms. Beech began her career at KPMG in Private Business Advisory Services.

Janelle Gerber, CRP, GMS
Vice President, Global Relocation Services

Janelle GerberMs. Gerber joined Paragon in 1993. Her career spans over 30 years in relocation with emphasis on Operations and Account Management for global accounts. Other leadership experience includes responsibility for U.S. inventory management, Business Alliance, research and development of new business initiatives, and global operations.

Ms. Gerber serves as Vice President, Global Relocation Services, responsible for benefits counseling and administration, home sale services, homefinding services and rental assistance for U.S. domestic transferees and benefits counseling and administration for international assignees relocating worldwide including coordination of destination services, language training, cultural training, immigration services, and at post services while on assignment. In 2001, Ms. Gerber received the highest honor at Paragon - the President's Award for significant contributions to on-boarding new key accounts, training, coaching and managing staff of U.S. domestic and international team members.

Karen Rose, CRP, GMS
Vice President, Global Relocation Services

Karen Rose Ms. Rose joined Paragon in 2003 as Manager, Business Development for the Western region, where she was responsible for growing Paragon's business in the Western United States. In 2005, Ms. Rose transitioned from sales to operations, becoming Manager of Global Relocation Services. In this role, Ms. Rose acted as the single point-of-coordination for new authorizations, custom reporting, escalation issues, exceptions to policy, policy resources and billing questions. She is also responsible for mobilizing internal Paragon resources for special instances, such as group moves.

In 2014, Ms. Rose was promoted to Vice President, Global Relocation Services due to her work in growing one of Paragon's most prestigious accounts. In addition to her other responsibilities, she also manages operations teams in our Coppell, Texas and Rancho Santa Margarita, California offices.

Ms. Rose holds her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations from Worldwide ERC®. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Pacific Northwest Relocation, Southern California Relocation and Bay Area Professionals in Relocation Management organizations.
