• Cross Cultural Training

Our training programmes make international assignments more effective and reduce the chance of assignment-failure.

Paragon Relocation - Benelux provides training for assignees moving to the Netherlands, but also for Dutch team members involved in multi-cultural environments which may be project based or simply linked with non Dutch head offices.

• Language Training

Training can begin prior to the assignment and be continued in the host country. Lessons can be individual or group based and given either at the work place or home.

• Legal Training for in-house personnel

Paragon provides regular training courses for those companies who handle Visa and Immigration matters in-house. Paragon's Legal Department prepares specific training courses and webinars for HR managers (beginners and advanced) in the field of International Assignments.

Subjects include amongst others: the Knowledge Migrant procedure; work permits; cross border workers (or commuter assignments); students; internships, employing migrant students in the Netherlands (for example the "Hoogopgeleiden Regeling") and other new developments in Dutch/European Immigration Laws.

• Business Cultural Training for in-house personnel

Competence in inter-cultural communication affects wider levels of the workforce.

Continuing mergers and acquisitions mean an increase in the need for employees to be able to interact successfully with colleagues in other countries. Being aware of Dutch cultural norms and increasing knowledge of foreign business communication styles can increase productivity and alleviate miscommunications.
