Geoff moved from the UK to the Netherlands in 1996 and worked as Section Head/Project Manager for Philips in Nijmegen. He is married with 3 children. Most of his leisure time is spent with his family enjoying sporting activities such as running and walking. As Managing Director I am responsible for the overall well-being of the company in the long term as well as for shorter-term tactical direction. Managing our team is both a challenge and a pleasure and working in an environment quite different from my engineering background has broadened and strengthened my management capabilities.

I take great pride in making sure each individual's preferences are met! My role in Paragon is the perfect combination for me: I have direct contact with assignees and I use my skills and experience as a communicator. Most of all I enjoy working in a great team!
Legal Department Mobile number: +31 (0)6 4387 4945 Having studied International Law at the University of Sheffield in the UK, André returned to the Netherlands and completed a Masters degree in International and European Law at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. He is engaged to be married in 2010. In his spare time he enjoys watching football, especially the Dutch national squad (Orange), reading books and jogging. As Head Legal Dept of Paragon Relocation - Benelux, my primary responsibility is to act as an Expert Legal resource on Dutch Visa & Immigration (V&I) related matters for HR departments. Personally I get a lot of satisfaction from being able to assist clients during an important life event such as an international assignment, which can create a great deal of stress. My reward is the satisfaction from clients and employees and the knowledge that my department has done a good job. I take great pride in my work. Relocation Consultants - our boots on the ground! Rachel moved to the Netherlands from the UK in 1990 and worked at an International School as a primary school teacher. Moved by the frustrations of families moving to Holland, she set up a new company to provide support to foreign assignees.
