Domestic Relocation Service Model
Paragon provides a true single-point-of-contact service model. Paragon's Relocation Consultant has ownership and accountability for the entire relocation, including direct coordination and management of all suppliers assigned, integrating all policy benefits, reimbursements and homesale programs to the individual employee's move. There are no layers or interfaces through other Paragon teams or departments. The Paragon consultant is empowered with the tools and operational latitude to make decisions that best serve the needs of the client company and their relocating employee.
International Relocation Service Model
Paragon's Global Service Model provides a single-point-of-contact for international relocation. Under the single-point-of-contact service model, Paragon coordinates and delivers policy services and program administration, relieving our clients' internal HR staff of these administrative tasks, so that they can focus on primary responsibilities.
Our service model incorporates our experienced International Relocation Consultants, leading technology platform and locations in the major international regions. Under this model, the relocating employee is supported from Paragon's office in the region the employee is departing. A highly qualified and motivated international professional with global experience will relate to the challenges faced by assignees and their families on foreign assignment. A Paragon International Relocation Consultant is the single contact for all relocation related services.
