Joseph Morabito, SCRP
Joseph Morabito is president and chief executive officer of Paragon Global Resources, Inc.
Mr. Morabito has more than 30 years of relocation industry experience. As a pioneer and innovator in the field, Mr. Morabito has worked with clients throughout the United States, Europe and Asia, touching virtually every industry with delivery of management consulting services. Prior to founding Paragon 25 years ago, Mr. Morabito held positions in senior management at Premier Relocation Services (a Weyerhaeuser company) and Merrill Lynch Relocation Management (the predecessor to Prudential Relocation Management). Mr. Morabito has been published in HR industry publications including Human Resource Executive and Mobility. He has been featured as a speaker at a variety of conferences and was written about in The Wall Street Journal. Most recently, Mr. Morabito was named International Relocation Personality of the Year by Re:locate magazine.
Mr. Morabito holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and political science with a minor in foreign languages; a Master of Arts degree in education, with emphasis in personnel administration; and teaching and education administration credentials, all from California State University. He holds the Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP) designation and is a Worldwide ERC® Distinguished Service award winner. He previously served as a member of the Employee Relocation Council's Public Policy Committee for several years, which assessed and dealt with business risk and opportunities arising from legislative, regulatory and judicial actions that impact relocation. Craig Selders, SCRP, SGMS
Craig Selders is executive vice president of Paragon Global Resources and president of Paragon Relocation, which includes Paragon Relocation Holdings. His responsibilities include managing Paragon’s global relocation operations and client relations, and overseeing the development of new Paragon subsidiaries. Mr. Selders has more than 30 years of industry experience and is based in Houston, Texas.
Before joining Paragon, Mr. Selders served as a vice president with Weichert Relocation and was responsible for business operations in the South and Southwestern United States. Prior to this, he served as a senior vice president of client services for Prudential Relocation where he was responsible for the company's North American client base. He also served as president of the western region of Prudential Relocation where he was responsible for all client and business operations for the Western United States.
Mr. Selders holds the SCRP and SGMS designations, and has earned a Distinguished Service Award as well as the Meritorious Service Award from Worldwide ERC®. He has served on numerous committees and panels for Worldwide ERC® and other industry conferences. He has been published in various publications such as Mobility and Energy World and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's license. Mr. Selders has a Bachelor's degree in business, with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mary Legate, CRP, GMS
Mary Legate is senior vice president of global mobility consulting for Paragon Global Resources, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Ms. Legate has more than 30 years of relocation industry experience. She is responsible for several functional areas at Paragon including Learning Resources, Human Resources, Paragon Decision Resources, and Business Alliance. She is also president of GenEquitySM Mortgage, the mortgage subsidiary of Paragon. Within this function, Ms. Legate is a licensed loan officer.
Serving in the relocation industry for more than 30 years, Ms. Legate has managed all aspects of client relations and operations, starting as a consultant and working through everything from on-site relocation centers to group moves to managing branch operations. Wolfgang Hombrecher, CRP, GMS
Wolfgang Hombrecher is the senior vice president and chief financial officer for Paragon Global Resources, Inc. and serves on the board of directors of the company and its multiple subsidiaries. His responsibilities include overseeing Paragon’s financial and administrative support services including the delivery of technology to Paragon’s internal and external customers.
Mr. Hombrecher previously served as an international business consultant with Del Monte Fresh Produce where he assisted the organization to develop the procurement of avocados from a number of international markets. Prior to this, he served as a vice president of finance and CFO for Calavo Growers, Inc. During his tenure at Calavo, Mr. Hombrecher had full responsibility for financial reporting and the leadership of the technology department. He also served as senior manager of assurance and advisory services for Deloitte LLP, where he specialized in directing and performing audits for multi-national SEC registrants with substantial market capitalization.

Scott McCain is the senior vice president of Global Business Development for Paragon Relocation, responsible for global sales leadership, strategic planning and developing new client partnerships.
Prior to joining Paragon, Mr. McCain worked for Bank of America as Vice President, Regional Sales Manager. He has also held positions at Cendant Mobility (new Cartus) and GMAC Global relocation Services (new Brookfield).
Mr. McCain holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Vermont along with a certificate in finance from Fairfield University. He served this year as President of the New England Relocation Association and was a past steering committee member for the NYC Organization of Relocation Professionals, New Jersey Relocation Council, and the Metro Northeast Relocation Summit. Liam Brennan is based in Dublin, Ireland. His responsibilities include the development of the Paragon Franchise and Company Store Network and assisting franchises with their corporate sales activities. Mr. Brennan has wide experience in business development and general management and has worked on competitive bids with global multinationals across multiple business sectors. He has responsibility for corporate and franchise sales outside of North America and is responsible for relationships with Paragon’s supplier base in EMEA and Asia.
Mr. Brennan's previous experience includes general management, sales and product development roles at BT and TNT. He holds an MBA from Dublin City University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and he has also been the recipient of Paragon’s President’s Award, the highest honour Paragon gives each year. Mr. Chapman joined Paragon in 1993 as a manager of business development and is now a vice president focusing on developing corporate accounts in the U.S.
His experience includes working for Merrill Lynch in the relocation management division. Mr. Chapman has years of experience at Paragon in account management, relocation expense management, customer service and sales. He has conducted business in over a dozen countries and has spoken at industry conferences in various countries in both English and Spanish. Janelle Gerber, CRP, GMS
Ms. Gerber joined Paragon in 1993. Her career spans over 30 years in relocation with emphasis on Operations and Account Management for global accounts. Other leadership experience includes responsibility for U.S. inventory management, Business Alliance, research and development of new business initiatives, and global operations.
Ms. Gerber serves as Vice President, Global Relocation Services, responsible for benefits counseling and administration, home sale services, homefinding services and rental assistance for U.S. domestic transferees and benefits counseling and administration for international assignees relocating worldwide including coordination of destination services, language training, cultural training, immigration services, and at post services while on assignment. In 2001, Ms. Gerber received the highest honor at Paragon - the President's Award for significant contributions to on-boarding new key accounts, training, coaching and managing staff of U.S. domestic and international team members.

Deborah Graham, CRP, GMS
Ms. Graham joined Paragon in 2004 as Sr. Director, Global Relocation Services. In this capacity, Ms. Graham was responsible for managing a high-profile/high-volume Paragon account. Based on her success, Ms. Graham was promoted to Vice President in 2009. In this new position, she assumed responsibility for operations in Paragon’s Illinois office in addition to her account management duties. Recently, her responsibilities have been increased and expanded to include account management oversight for all of Paragon’s Eastern and Central U.S.-based clients and their global operational functions in Illinois, Ireland and Hong Kong. Ms. Graham has more than 25 years of relocation experience spanning areas such as account management, consulting and operations including project management, policy consulting, program implementation and custom consulting for program improvements and cost savings. Prior to joining Paragon, Ms. Graham served in key management positions at Cendant Mobility and GMAC Global Relocation Services.
Ms. Graham holds her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations from Worldwide ERC® and is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt. Steve Crispin, CRP
Mr. Crispin joined Paragon in 1998 as a Real Estate Services Coordinator. Since joining Paragon, he spearheaded the creation and management of Paragon’s Real Estate Services group. In addition, he relocated to the Dallas area to take management of Paragon’s supply chain management function as the Director of Business Alliances. Most recently, he was promoted to Vice President of GenEquity Mortgage and has been tasked with the operations and management of GenEquity.
Mr. Crispin began his career in relocation in 1987 and previously worked in closing and operations for 13 years prior to joining Paragon. He holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC® and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. E-mail Mr. Crispin
